DAXEVYN Technologies Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 30 September 2026

Please read these terms before ordering services or using the DAXEVYN Client Portal. Service-specific requirements are confirmed in your quotation, order or written agreement.

1. Scope and service agreements

These terms cover use of daxevyn.com, the Client Portal and services supplied under the DAXEVYN Technologies name, including websites, software, mobile applications, IT support, networking, cloud and server services, cybersecurity, domains and hosting. The accepted quotation, order or written service agreement sets the deliverables, price, payment schedule, dependencies and support included in each engagement. Specific agreed service terms take priority over these general terms where they differ, subject to applicable law. Sending an enquiry or opening chat does not create a confirmed order.

2. Client accounts and service activation

Provide accurate information and use an email address you control. Registration enables immediate login. Before using services through our activation workflow, verify your email and complete the required client profile. Mobile number is optional at registration and in that profile. Email verification confirms control of an email address; it is not a guarantee of a person’s identity or a credit approval. An activated account does not mean that a service has been purchased, paid for or delivered.

You are responsible for safeguarding your password and notifying us of suspected unauthorised access. If you act for a business or another person, you must have authority to place the order and provide the information involved.

3. Quotations, payments and taxes

Prices, quote validity, deposits, milestones, recurring charges and taxes are as stated in the quotation or order. Work and third-party purchases are processed after the agreed payment is confirmed. Additional features, revisions beyond the agreed scope, migration work or support outside the agreement require an agreed change in scope and price. No additional fee is created solely by discussing a requirement in chat.

Third-party prices can change before an order or renewal is accepted. We will communicate a revised price for approval before proceeding. Use the payment method stated on the invoice or order and keep your payment reference.

4. Project delivery and client responsibilities

Provide required content, approvals, authorised access and other agreed inputs on time. You must hold the necessary rights to logos, images, text, software, data and other materials you supply. Delays in access, content, feedback, payments or external approvals may affect the schedule. We will discuss material changes to timing or scope with you.

Review deliverables against the agreed requirements and report issues promptly. Acceptance criteria, revision allowances and any warranty period are those agreed for the project; these terms do not impose an automatic acceptance deadline.

5. Domains, hosting and renewals

Domain availability is determined by the registrar and is not guaranteed until registration succeeds. Registration, transfer, renewal, restoration and hosting depend on the relevant provider’s rules and processing. You are responsible for keeping account and contact details current and arranging renewal before expiry. Renewal is processed after the required payment and instructions are confirmed.

Expired services may stop working. Restoration may be unavailable or may require additional provider charges, which must be communicated before proceeding. Automatic renewal applies only where expressly agreed or enabled with the provider. Domain and hosting services remain subject to applicable registrar, registry and hosting terms.

6. Support, maintenance and security

Support channels include Live Chat, WhatsApp and Email. Response times, operating hours, maintenance coverage, backups, monitoring and any service-level commitments depend on the service agreement. Live chat availability depends on staff availability. Free enquiry assistance does not include unlimited technical work or an ongoing maintenance contract.

Cybersecurity and maintenance reduce risk but cannot guarantee that every attack, outage, spam message or data loss will be prevented. Backup responsibilities, recovery arrangements and access procedures should be agreed for the service. Do not send passwords, one-time codes or confidential payment credentials in public chat.

7. Cancellations and refunds

Contact info@daxevyn.com with your order or invoice reference to request a cancellation or refund. We will review the service agreement, work already completed, undelivered work and any third-party costs that have actually been incurred.

Processed domain registrations, transfers or renewals and other third-party charges may be non-refundable under the provider’s applicable terms. Completed custom work or delivered digital services are not automatically refundable merely because you change your mind. Any agreed cancellation charge or non-refundable commitment must be disclosed for the relevant order. These terms do not remove remedies for deficient services, incorrect charges or other rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

8. Ownership, licences and confidentiality

Your pre-existing materials remain yours or their respective owner’s. Ownership or licensing of custom deliverables, source code, designs and documentation is determined by the project agreement and agreed payment conditions. Third-party software, fonts, plugins and other components remain subject to their own licences. Our branding and website materials may not be misused or presented as your own.

Confidential business information supplied for a project is used for that engagement and shared with personnel or service providers who need it to carry out the work. Any additional confidentiality or data handling requirements should be included in the service agreement.

9. Acceptable use and account restrictions

Do not use our website, portal or services to send spam, harass people, impersonate others, distribute malicious content, infringe rights or attempt unauthorised access. Do not attempt to access another client’s records or interfere with chat, orders or security controls.

We may restrict or suspend access to address suspected abuse, security incidents, legal requirements or an unresolved breach of the service agreement. Where practical, we will explain the issue and the steps needed to resolve it; urgent security incidents may require immediate action. Suspension does not automatically cancel lawful refund or complaint rights.

10. AI assistance and third-party services

AI chat provides automated guidance and can make mistakes. Confirm quotations, deadlines, approvals and important technical advice with authorised DAXEVYN staff. An automated reply is not a substitute for an accepted service agreement. Live Chat, WhatsApp and Email are available for enquiries and support.

External platforms, providers, payment services and websites operate under their own terms and privacy practices. DAXEVYN does not control their availability or every action they take. Responsibility for arranging and managing a third-party service depends on the agreement for that service.

11. Referrals, affiliations and business outcomes

Any referral, affiliate or commission arrangement requires separately confirmed terms covering eligibility, qualifying sales, commission amounts and payment conditions. Creating a client account alone does not create an entitlement to commission or employment. Website, marketing and technology services do not guarantee income, sales, traffic, rankings or a particular business outcome.

12. Privacy and client records

How we use account details, optional mobile numbers, chat records, recorded IP addresses and verification events is described in our Privacy Policy. The portal is intended to show records assigned to your account. Authorised staff access relevant records for service delivery, support and security. Contact us about incorrect records or suspected unauthorised disclosure.

13. Service limitations and disputes

We aim to deliver services in accordance with the accepted agreement. Availability and outcomes can be affected by third-party systems, client dependencies, maintenance and events outside reasonable control. Any specific warranty, service-level commitment or limitation of liability must be read with the applicable agreement and law. These terms do not exclude liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Raise a concern with info@daxevyn.com, including the relevant order, invoice and a description of the issue, so we can investigate and discuss a resolution. Applicable law determines the available remedies and competent courts or authorities; this contact process does not prevent you from pursuing those remedies.

14. Updates and contact

We may update these general terms as our services change. The revision date identifies the current version. Changes do not retrospectively alter an already accepted quotation or service agreement without agreement or a legal requirement.
