Learn how technology services are introduced to businesses through structured research, professional communication and supervised client outreach.
What you will work on
- Research potential business clients using company-provided leads and public business sources.
- Learn to introduce DAXEVYN services through supervised business calls and follow-ups.
- Record lead status, client requirements and appointment notes accurately.
- Coordinate demo appointments and prepare concise activity reports.

- Freshers and recent graduates interested in business development and marketing.
- Conversational Kannada and English for Bengaluru client communication; additional languages are welcome.
- Basic spreadsheet skills, clear communication and a willingness to learn.
- Access to reliable internet and a suitable remote calling environment.

Performance-based incentives
This is an unpaid internship with performance-based incentives for successful client acquisition. Incentives are payable after the client project is completed and full payment is received by DAXEVYN Technologies, subject to the terms agreed in writing. Detailed incentive terms will be shared privately with selected candidates. No fixed salary or stipend is provided.
Role assessment
A short mock client call in Kannada and English, followed by a sample lead-recording exercise. No live prospect calling is required as an interview task.

Python Application Development Intern

What you will work on
- Develop small Python application features under supervision.
- Practise API integration, data validation and basic database operations.
- Debug issues, write relevant tests and document changes.
- Use Git and participate in code reviews using development or test environments.

- Draft website content and social media copy for review.
- Practise on-page SEO, metadata and basic content audits.
- Prepare simple reports and support approved campaign planning.

- Freshers, recent graduates and students interested in marketing and content.
- Clear written English, basic research and spreadsheet skills.
- Kannada and familiarity with Bengaluru businesses are helpful.
- Access to a laptop or desktop and reliable internet; no personal advertising spend is required.

A short content or SEO exercise using a sample business brief. No live account access or client deliverable is required.

A clear, three-stage selection process
- 01 · Application review & introductory conversation: Review interests, foundational skills, language ability where relevant and availability through a remote discussion.
- 02 · Practical role assessment: A brief, relevant mock-call or technical exercise with clear instructions and reasonable scope.
- 03 · Final discussion & written offer: Confirm learning plan, supervision, hours, compensation, start date and completion criteria before acceptance.
A structured 90-day learning plan
- Days 1–15: Orientation, tools, service or technical fundamentals, sample tasks and learning goals.
- Days 16–60: Scoped assignments with feedback and progress reviews.
- Days 61–90: A reviewed final assignment, documentation and completion assessment.
Learning objectives, supervision, working hours and completion criteria will be documented before joining. Any completion certificate will be subject to the requirements stated in your internship agreement. Permanent employment is not guaranteed.
