DAXEVYN Technologies Privacy Policy
Last updated: 30 September 2026
This policy explains how DAXEVYN Technologies handles information when you visit daxevyn.com, create a client account, use the Client Portal, enquire about our services, or contact us through AI chat, live chat, email or WhatsApp.
1. Information and why we use it
| Information | Purpose |
|---|---|
| Email address, account identifier and password credentials | Create your account, sign you in, reset passwords and verify email ownership. Passwords are stored using WordPress password hashing. |
| Name and mobile number, if provided | Identify your enquiry and contact you about your account, request or service. Mobile number is optional at registration and in our chat intake. |
| Client profile and billing details | Activate service access, prepare quotations, fulfil orders and manage invoices. Profile completion includes your name, address, city, postal code and country. Company, address line 2, state and mobile are optional in the activation form. |
| Service requirements, projects, orders and support correspondence | Discuss requirements, deliver work, show your project progress and purchases, and resolve support requests. |
| Messages submitted to AI chat or live chat and contact details supplied with them | Respond to questions and route enquiries to DAXEVYN staff. Chat records may be retained for follow-up, service history and abuse investigation. |
| Recorded IP addresses, registration and verification times, account actions, session data and technical logs | Protect accounts, rate-limit registration attempts, investigate suspicious activity and maintain an audit trail. A recorded IP may identify a shared network or proxy; it is not proof of a person’s identity or exact location. |
| Cookies, local browser storage and preference data | Maintain login and shopping sessions, remember supported preferences and operate chat features. Your browser may retain chat session identifiers. |
We obtain information from you, from account and service activity on our site, and from the technical systems that operate the site. Please provide accurate information and only share information you are authorised to provide.
2. Registration, email verification and service activation
Registration enables immediate login and browsing of your dashboard. It does not automatically activate service access. Before requesting or purchasing services through the activation workflow, you must verify your email and complete the required client profile. Verification links expire after 24 hours and require confirmation while signed in to the matching account. You can request a replacement link from the Client Portal.
We record verification status and related account events so authorised staff can manage your account. Changing your email address requires verification again. We may suspend access in response to suspected abuse or account security concerns.
3. AI chat, live chat and communications
AI chat provides automated assistance; live chat connects you with DAXEVYN staff when available. Automated replies may contain errors, so confirm quotations, commitments and important technical instructions with our team. Your question and the information you submit are processed by the site’s chat systems. An AI chat label alone does not indicate that a particular external AI provider receives your data.
Do not send passwords, one-time codes, private keys, full payment card details or sensitive personal documents in chat. If a service requires confidential information, ask our team for an appropriate transfer method.
Account, password, verification, activation, order and support emails are service communications. Creating an account is not a subscription to promotional emails. Tell us if you no longer want optional follow-up communications; essential messages may still be necessary while your account or service remains active.
4. Access to client information and service providers
Your portal is intended to display projects and orders assigned to your account. Other clients are not given access to your client records through the portal. Authorised DAXEVYN personnel can access relevant records to deliver services, provide support and manage security.
Operating the website and fulfilling requests may involve hosting, email delivery, security, backup, payment, domain registration, cloud or other service providers. Relevant information is shared where needed for the function or service you request. Providers may process information in locations where their systems operate. We may also disclose information when required by law or to investigate fraud, abuse or security incidents.
If you follow a WhatsApp, social media, email-provider or other external link, the destination provider’s privacy policy applies to information handled by that provider.
5. Cookies and your choices
Essential cookies and session storage support login, security, orders and chat. Use the site’s cookie controls, where available, to manage optional categories, and your browser settings to clear or block stored data. Blocking essential storage may prevent login, checkout or chat from working. Clearing browser storage does not necessarily delete records held on our servers.
6. Retention and deletion
Account, service and communication records are retained for account operation, service delivery, support, security and applicable record-keeping requirements. Verification tokens have a 24-hour validity period; expiry of a token does not automatically delete your account. The client activation audit trail keeps the most recent 50 events per client; this limit does not apply to every website or chat log.
Contact us to request account closure or deletion of personal information that is no longer needed. Some invoices, transaction records, security evidence or other records may need to be retained for legal obligations or disputes. Backup copies may remain until replaced or removed through the backup lifecycle.
7. Security and acceptable use
Account authentication, restricted staff controls, email verification, registration throttling and audit records help protect the portal. No website, email or chat system can guarantee complete security or eliminate all spam. Keep your password private and report suspected unauthorised access promptly.
Do not impersonate another client, submit spam, attempt to access another person’s records or use our systems to harass anyone. We may restrict or suspend accounts used for abuse.
8. Privacy requests and complaints
You can update supported account details from your account or activation profile. To request access, correction, deletion, withdrawal of consent for optional processing, or to raise a privacy complaint, email info@daxevyn.com with the subject “Privacy Request”. We may ask you to verify your identity before disclosing or changing account information. Do not send your password.
We will review your request, explain any information needed to process it and any retention or service limitations that apply. Withdrawing information necessary to deliver a service may prevent us from continuing that service. These requests do not limit rights available under applicable law.
9. Changes and contact
We may update this policy when our website, services or data practices change. The date above identifies the latest revision.
